We are looking forcreatively-minded and experienced Graphic Designer to join our West Hollywood team. As an experienced Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful designs across various mediums. Your exceptional design skills, creative style and attention to detail will contribute to the development of compelling visual concepts that align with our clients’ brand identities and communication objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of creatives across our growing portfolio of Australian and US-based projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise and execute design solutions for a wide range of projects, including branding, print collateral, digital assets, marketing materials and integrated campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, target audiences and design requirements
  • Translate client briefs and brand strategies into visually innovative and effective design concepts
  • Create high-quality designs with a key eye for typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy
  • Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to produce design assets and deliverables
  • Stay up to date with design trends, techniques and emerging technologies
  • Present design concepts and rationale to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions
  • Collaborate with other creatives, such as strategists, copywriters, photographers, 3D motion designers, and illustrators to produce cohesive and compelling work
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs within designated deadlines
  • Maintain organised files and project documentation, following best practices for version control and asset management

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across various mediums
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs with accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, concepts and design rationale
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of projects and contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Openness to constructive feedback and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Expert knowledge of print production processes
  • Experience with UI/UX design, web design or motion graphics is favoured but not essential
